Thank you for your interest in registering for PRIB 2010. The registration fee for the PRIB 2010 conference is:

Please note that at least one author per accepted paper must be registered by 15 July 2010 in order for the paper to be published.
Payment for registration fees can be made by credit card and by bank transfer.

The three days conference includes the following:
- Attendance to all sessions
- A conference bag with materials for all sessions
- Welcome reception
- Fingerfood buffet on Wednesday 22 September
- Coffee/tea breaks and lunches
- A ticket for the conference dinner
For non-registered participants, additional tickets for the conference dinner can be purchased for € 55.00 before Wednesday 22 September 2010.
Student status:
Student registrants must send a letter supporting their status on the institutional letterhead with the statement: " This is to certify that .... is a registered full-time research student at the time of registration of PRIB 2010 conference. He/she is carrying out research under the supervision of .... " and signed either by the research supervisor of the head of institution. The letter should be sent to the PRIB 2010 Secretariat by hardcopy or by email to info@prib2010.org as a scanned pdf document attachment.
Cancellations and refund policy
Cancellation: Cancellations prior to 15 August 2010 are refundable but will incur a processing and administration charge of €55. Cancellations received on or after 16 August 2010 are non-refundable. No refunds will be given for non-attendance. All cancellations must be made in writing to PRIB 2010 Secretariat.

Insurance
Participants shall be regarded in every aspect as carrying their own risk for injury to person or property, including baggage, during the Conference.
We strongly recommend that at the time of booking you take out a travel insurance policy of your choice. The policy taken should include the loss of deposit through cancellation, medical insurance, loss or damage to personal property, financial loss incurred through disruption due to strikes or other industrial action. The organisers are in no way responsible for any claims concerning insurance.
