Welcome reception and pre-registration
We will have a welcome reception at the Conference Venue for all participants on Tuesday 21 September 2010 from 20.00 – 21.30 hrs.
Poster event
A finger food buffet reception will be held in conjunction with the poster presentation at the Conference Venue on Wednesday 22 September 2010. The poster presentation will start at 17.00 hrs. and the food will be served from 17.30 – 19.30 hrs. The conference package includes two wine consumptions, as well as beer and soft drinks.
Conference Banquet
A ‘desert grill party’ will be held on Thursday 23 September 2010 at Burgers Zoo in Arnhem www.burgerszoo.eu.
The grill party takes you from one special location to another! Like an adventure you become acquainted with the atmosphere of the tropical rain forest, the tropical coral reef and the rock desert of Arizona. You will enjoy the main course in a landscape of monstrous rock parties, metres-high cacti and impressive kinds of animals.
Please note that there will be a vegetarian option and this arrangement includes two drinks of choice per person. Additional tickets can be purchased for € 53,-
Coaches will depart from the Conference Venue at 16.30 hrs. and will reach at Burgers Zoo around 17.30 hrs. Departure from Burgers Zoo will be at around 21.30 hrs.
